Terms & Conditions
Pickup
Pickup is free from our store at Ronald Ngala Mozart Building, Nairobi CBD. Your order is ready for collection once our team confirms it. Please carry your order number and a valid ID.
Delivery
Delivery is available by courier or bus to all 47 counties, and by Glolink Rider (same-day) within Nairobi. Delivery fees are calculated from your location and shown before you confirm your order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary with distance and availability.
Payment
Orders are processed once payment is confirmed. M-Pesa Paybill 880100, Account 070235. Goods are released after payment is verified.
Lipa Mdogo Mdogo
Items bought on Lipa Mdogo Mdogo are handed over or delivered only after the full agreed amount has been paid.
Returns
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.

We collect your name, phone and delivery details only to process your order and contact you about it. With your consent we also use basic analytics cookies to improve the site. We do not sell your personal data. You can decline analytics cookies using the banner shown on your first visit.

Bike Repair & Services
Book your bike in. We confirm your drop-off date, and your bike is ready within 3 days of that date. You earn loyalty points on every completed service.
Bike Service Terms
1. Booking and confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm a drop-off date with you by phone or WhatsApp.
2. Service duration
Standard services and repairs are completed within 3 days of the confirmed drop-off date. If a repair needs more time (for example, parts on order), we will tell you before the ready-by date.
3. Inspection and pricing
Your bike is inspected when it arrives. Where a service is marked "quote after inspection", we give you the price first. We do not carry out extra work or fit extra parts beyond the agreed quote without your approval.
4. Drop-off, pickup and return
You can drop your bike at our shop (Ronald Ngala Mozart Building, Nairobi CBD). Pickup and return by Glolink Rider is available within Nairobi; the delivery fee is confirmed when we confirm your booking.
5. Collection
We notify you when your bike is ready. Please collect it within 14 days of that notice. Bikes left longer are kept at the owner's risk.
6. Payment
Payment is due when the work is done and before the bike is released: cash or M-Pesa Paybill 880100, Account 070235.
7. Your belongings and existing damage
Please remove lights, bags, locks and other accessories you want to keep. We note any existing damage at drop-off and are not responsible for items left on the bike.
8. Loyalty points
Customers earn points on paid orders and completed services at the rate shown in My Account. Points have no cash value unless Fayodel states otherwise.
9. Your data
We use your details only to manage your booking and contact you about it.
